So now servants are fighting servants, Romeo's cousin is fighting Juliet's cousin, citizens are starting to gather and insulting BOTH families, then the Lords and Ladies Capulet and Montague get on the scene. He laughs at Benvolio because he thinks Benvolio is fighting with the servants, so Tybalt starts to fight with Bevolio. But then Tybalt (Juliet Capulet's cousin, the guy that Gregory saw coming) walks in. Benvolio pulls his sword and tries to stop the fight, calling them idiots.

Montegue." Sampson and Abram start fighting as Benvolio (Romeo Montegue's cousin) gets there. Gregory sees another Capulet coming, so Gregory eggs on Sampson, saying "Yo, my boy's here, go ahead and say Mr. Gregory then asks Abram if he's trying to start a fight, and Abram's like "What, me? No." Sampson grows some balls and insults Abram's boss (Mr. Sampson asks Gregory whether it would be lawful for him to admit to directly insulting Abram, and Gregory said no, that he'd be provoking it, so Sampson bitches out again and says that he wasn't being directly insulting. Sampson feigns ignorance and says he was just being insulting in general. So Abram is asking Sampson if he's insulting him. Sampson: Draw, if you be men! Gregory, remember thy swashing blow. Gregory: (to Sampson) Say 'better' here comes one of my master's kinsmen. Sampson: If you do, sir, I am for you: I serve as good a man as you. Sampson: No, sir, I do not bite my thumb at you sir but I bite my thumb, sir. Sampson (to Gregory): Is the law of our side if I say ay? Boy, those Capulets, really showing up the Montegues here.Ībraham: Do you bite your thumb at us, sir? If Abram ignores the insult then they'll be dishonored. Gregory says he'll frown at them, and Sampson says he'll bite his thumb to provoke them. He doesn't want to start something, and says to Gregory to wait and let THEM start something. Now Sampson is being more of a bitch, worried about breaking the law. Gregory calls him a little bitch, that Sampson was the one looking for the fight and now he's just backup, and tells him that Sampson would probably run away if something went down. Gregory tells Sampson "Yo, there they are, pull out your sword and do your thing." Sampson says that his sword is out already and that he's got Gregory's back. That's when they come across Abram (Montegue servant) and another. Sampson says that if they come across a Montegue he'll get angry and disrespect him, and keeps talking more shit about what he would do to them. Sampson is talking shit and Gregory is saying that Sampson won't actually throw down if something happened. Sampson and Gregory are servants of Capulet (Juliet's family) and are walking along talking about how much they hate the Montegues (Romeo's family). It's from the very start of Romeo and Juliet.
